The Sirte Congress Palace is one of the most prestigious realizations of the Great Revolution El-Fateh. With a covered surface of about 44,000 sq m, it comprises a great number of conference halls and services:

1. The Great Congress Hall: with a capacity of 3,660 seats, equipped with one of the most advanced audio-visual systems and simultaneous translation. Thanks to the electrical runners and the vertical curtains it is possible to adapt the Hall to the different numbers of attendees that it will receive.
2. The Presidential Conference Hall has a capacity of 24 presidential seats plus 168 seats destined to the members of their delegations. It is equipped with all the audio-visual systems and simultaneous translation.
3. Four Conference Rooms, with 700 seats each.
4. Two Conference Rooms, with 48 seats each.
5. A Press Room with 95 seats.
6. Two coffee halls and a restaurant.
7. Offices for administration and services as well as halls for mechanical and electric installations.
